The search for the man who has gone missing on the Isle of Rum, 80 miles south of Lewis, has been stood down. The weather is too poor, with heavy rain and strong winds. A coastguard helicopter and the Mallaig lifeboat had been scouring the coastline between Welshman's Rock and the Dibidil bothy for the 60-year old, who is believed to have fallen down a waterfall yesterday afternoon.
Will continue to monitor this story.
