Those of you who read Nelishia's blog (it's private), are familiar with her new husband Dirk [tsalagiman1]. He has now also started a journal, pleading the First Amendment to give the conservative view on the news, which he rates as politically incorrect. I don't agree with his views, but nonetheless would like to invite readers to go and welcome Dirk to the J-land community.
For those, like me, who don't know what the 1st Amendment is, it reads: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of
speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to
assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The first amendment is taken out of context more often than any of them. The left wing liberals and the ACLU are always using it and not in the way it was meant to be used. I'll take a look at what he has to say. Linda in Washington state
