I normally access my email from the Web, not through the AOL client software. However, AOL Webmail is telling me garbage these days when it comes to the number of unread emails in my Inbox. This morning, I logged on to be met by the unheard of total of 93 unread mails. When I clicked on the Inbox, this miraculously decreased at a stroke to 72.
I did have a large number of alerts (about 60), but when I was through with them, I was still left with 27 unread mails which are nowhere to be found. As I go through the 18 pages of emails, this number miraculously decreases to the correct total of 2.
What a load of nonsense.

LOL..there are times I can't even access e-mail through the web. I've had network connections problems, surprise, surprise. Mysteriously, the next day things were fine. Ah, the wonders of AOL or is it AOHELL? Chris
ReplyDeleteI haven't had those kinds of problems with AOL, yet, though it seems you aren't the only one who has. I did get kicked offline about 8 times Saturday, though.

What does this mean? I sent you an e-mail reply after receiving your kind instructions on how to install the weather pixie and aol said no person exists... I have also never been able to access this journal by writing it in as I do others. I always go to search and click on Northern Trip! Gerry I am waiting to install w. pixie until I am strong!
