Meeting

Today I had an unannounced visit from another blogger who lives elsewhere in the Western Isles. He reads both this blog (as a lurker) and my allied blog Arnish Lighthouse. I have been in contact with him by email several times over issues in his place, 70 miles to the south. As I am also a contributor to a local messageboard, it was no great shakes to pull all the strands together and work out my location. Had a nice enough chat, but would have appreciated advance notice.

    I don't blame you for feeling uncomfortable. I think it was rude of him to just drop in like that without calling first. Especially being a stranger like that. Creepy!!!!!

    Well, I hope you enjoyed the visit.  I don't think I would want someone to drop in on me uninvited.  I don't even like people I know in person to do that.
