So, the weekend comes to a close. Here in the UK, we're up for a change in the weather. By the end of the week, the north of Scotland will see the mercury dip below 10C / 50F for the first time since spring. I'll probably be posting pictures with snow on the mainland mountains, unless the weather conditions prevent me from seeing them. They are 40 to 50 miles away. The forecast is poor, with fog for tomorrow and rain after that all week.
Here are some of today's pictures. The top one is a panorama shot, stitched together using 9 photographs. The view is taken from the Coastguard Station, just up the road from where I am.
