Hurricane Isaac has reached top intensity, 450 miles ESE of Bermuda and is heading north towards Newfoundland. The Canadian hurricane centre has issued an extensive bulletin on the approach of the remnant of Isaac, which will affect Newfoundland and the Canadian Maritimes on Monday.
