Super Bowl
Gather the Super Bowl is on this evening over in the States - and I don't even know who's playing who. Anyway, have a great time if you're watching the match and may the best team win.
Since I'm not a real big fan of professional sports..if the game is on, I will only watch for the commercials. They are always worth seeing and made especially for this game. Now if the Seattle Seahawks would have made it to the Super Bowl, I would have semi-supported them by watching the game. I am disgusted by the huge amounts of money these people make, when there are needed services in some parts of this country that are in short supply because of the lack of money. For instance a community that only has a doctor that comes to town one day a week and a professional football player makes millions a year. Somehow that doesn't sound right. Linda in Washington (off her soapbox)
Hello....I am happy to report that the Indianapolis Colts beat the Chicago Bears 29 - 17 at the Super Bowl. The players did wonderfully and the Bears just didn't want to do it. I especially loved the halftime show in which Prince performed amazingly well. He sang his wonderful song "Purple Rain" which is my favorite song of his. It was nice to see that Prince got picked to perform I'm just glad it wasn't someone like Britney Spears thank goodness for that. I loved watching the game with my family it was fun. Take care.

Chicago and Indy... should be a good game.. let's hope :)
