Tropical Storm Florence is going to veer north and pommel Bermuda on Monday. The Bermuda Weather Service will issue advisories during the weekend. During the next week, Florence will head north and turn into an ordinary depression - for as much as a depression with 90 mph sustained windspeeds is ordinary. It is roughly forecast to pass Newfoundland by Wednesday. This is very much long-distance forecasting, which is liable to large error. I don't like the look of this one. If it gets caught up in the trans-Atlantic jetstream, Western Europe may get something VERY nasty by the end of next week.
