Tonight at 10.35pm, BBC 1 Scotland will show a documentary into the background of the custody battle surrounding Molly Campbell / Misbah Rana. It will give both sides of the argument, from father Sajed Rana and mother Louise Campbell. The link will take you to a summary of the story.
Those in the UK who have access to Sky Satellite TV should be able to access BBC 1 Scotland from the 900-series of programs, if they are not in or near Scotland. I cannot advise viewers outside the country - I'll endeavour to summarise late tonight or tomorrow.

Well, I will wait for your summary then. I don't know why they are after this story, or even why this story made the front pages. This is old news, has always been, and I guess britain has already too many children to be fighting for a young girl who has no desire to belong to this land. Molly, Misbah, she is the same little girl with two parents of different nationalities, and she will never be able to choose one above the other, but she is able to chose the country she prefers to live on; this is not comparable, although the environment is very important for one's mental health, and I think the media should stop putting their nose into what is not their business. But again, how much are all these people making to let themselves being used again and again for Much a Do about Nothing?
ReplyDeleteBye Molly or Mishba.

In reply to Valerie: it is old news, but local press reports today suggests it will be useful for filling in some gaps in the whole story. It is a sad story, for all concerned.
