List of complaints

I can't add pictures to the journal, if YGP does get going it stalls the AOL software after editing 5 pictures.

AOL Hometown is not loading properly either, I am unable to load pictures that way.

My email account is inaccessible at times, leading to error messages and re-verification requests from those that try to reach me, which is a waste of my time and leads to a loss of faith of those concerned in me.

AOL get your act together.

    Ditto!  And Joe... well he is a puppet for AOL his replies are canned just like the tech's... but ummmm... a bit more condescending.  ARGH!

    I'm well and truly pee'd off. I haven't got the time or energy left, to keep up this battle of wits. I'm a full time carer, with major health probs myself; plus I'm temporarily looking after 6 year old grandkid. "Me" time is in very short supply here, my saving grace is/was my journal. Aol readily take my money each month, but have ruined my greatest pleasure in life - JLand. Maybe it's time we Brits clubbed together and reported Aol to The Office Of Fair Trading. It's a thought anyway. End of rant.
