Warning sign
Earlier this month, as I showed on the blog, I went to Ness, where I found this roadsign. Nobody noticed it in the picture gallery, so I thought I'd blow it up.
I did notice it but just took it for granted that some odd bod was keeping a herd of them on their land. Sheesh! I am an idiot...they would have frozen to death by now had it been so. Lol! It takes all kinds to make a world....and that includes me. hahahaha! Jeanie
Somebody has a sense of humor. Any sign in Ness should relate to the infamous Loch Ness monster. Every year during the Puyallup Fair, there's a man that lives about 8 miles from the Fair grounds that puts a "Fair Parking" sign out in front of his house. It cracks me up everytime April & September when I drive by his house. Linda in Washington state
I think my stepdad had or has a kangaroo crossing sign on the barn from his trip to Australia...perhaps that is why I didn't take notice to this one. LOL I am going to have to look and see if it is still on the barn. Lisa
This is the archive of entries of the Northern Trip blog, formerly hosted on AOL. It was kept from 8 October 2004 until 7 October 2008, after which blogging was resumed on Atlantic Lines.
So someone either has a sense of humor here or they have actually imported a herd?! - Barbara
ReplyDeleteO that's too good, kangaroos?? Well why not, it's a jumpy world lately lol. CTAHY
