Metcheck

I am a contributor to a weather-related bulletin board called Metcheck. This morning, they are unreachable, as "server too busy". Not had this error from them before. In the past, their site would just load very very slowly at times of heavy traffic. Sounds like something nasty is going on - anyone out there got any ideas?
Update 23.20 BST: Metcheck came back on-line about an hour ago.
