Rainfall
If anyone is thinking of going to southwestern Mexico at the moment, I wouldn't recommend it. They have had two tropical depressions on their doorstep, and over the past 24 hours, the rainfall totals have gone off the scale. Since midnight GMT today, Acapulco has had 76 inches of rainfall, which is roughly equivalent to 1,900 mm. The average rainfall in London in a year is 800 mm. Totals are until 14.45 GMT - more is expected as tropical depression TWO-E continues to slowly drift inland. She is expected to dissipate by late Monday.
