At 0900 today, Typhoon Paeng/Cimaron was located at 320 kms east
northeast of Virac, Catanduanes (14.8°N 127.2°E) with maximum sustained
winds of 120 kph near the center and gustiness of 150 kph. It is
forecast to move west northwest at 17 kph.
