Molly Campbell saga - update

Picture courtesy BBCThe Supreme Court in Lahore, Pakistan, has ruled that Misbah Rana (Molly Campbell) is to stay in Pakistan until the hearing of the appeal by her father in January 2007. The High Court had ordained that Misbah had to be handed over to the British High Commission within 7 days. This has now been suspended, until the appeal is heard.

    Good! I am on their side. It was time for their solicitor to start showing his teeth... and again perhaps the solicitor is trying to gain time by doing it slowly and step by step as now...

    I think she should be allowed to stay in Pakistan if she wants to. Jeannette xx

    I agree, I think she should be allowed to stay if that is what she wants.  I hope the judge takes her opinion into account when he gived his final judgement.
