Many of you have alerts for Krissy (SometimesIThink), but for those that don't an appeal to hop round and offer support.
Her husband John is fighting a long battle against a form of cancer of the blood. He underwent a bone marrow transplant earlier this year, and things appeared to be on the up. Unfortunately, John's kidney function has deteriorated to only 25% of normal. On top of that, he is suffering from a severe form of anaemia, in which the red bloodcells destroy each other. At the moment, he has to have daily blood transfusions, and is on huge doses of steroids to keep this problem at bay.
