No Alerts

After making this morning's entry, I did not check my mailbox until now, 7 hours later. I need not have bothered. I had precisely ZERO alerts in that period, even if Technorati tell me that several of you did make postings since 10 am BST. If alerts are down, you probably won't be alerted to this post.
