Weird day

It's a week away from Friday the 13th, but today is very strange. I happen to glance out of the window, and there is this man with a hat on standing outside the wall on the pavement. He holds up plackards with letters on them. He changes them every couple of moments. I suddenly realise he is showing off in front of the webcam! WTF!! The text was inoffensive, but how ludicrous can you get. I mean, I have the only webcam in the town of Stornoway that works and it gets on average about 40 hits each day. But why on earth anybody would come all this way to make some demonstration in front of a webcam, which isn't all that good at any rate? At the end of his exhibition, he bows to the camera and walks off.

Is this camspam??
