Cold weather moving in

At this moment in time, the transition between mild and cold weather is in progress. This is born out by weather reports across the line where the transition takes place. Temperatures below are in degrees Celsius.

    Our "storm" started pretty heavy, with wet snow, then the mild weather set in here on the northeartern coastline of USA.  Now it's pretty much slush, you can easily see the macadam.  Got word it may get colder though.  Thanks for your forecasts, always welcome.  CATHY

    We've been experiencing driving hail and snow with high winds this morning Guido. The weather forecast on the news said it could begin to lie by about four this afternoon.  I hope not as I have a thirty mile round trip drive to Lancaster tomorrow to see my surgeon!  Hope you are safe and snug up there in Stornoway and that no mariners have had to put to sea in this lot!  If they do they are very brave!

    Cold weather moving in? It's moved in and really made itself at home! It's freezing out there and raining too, it's better than snow I suppose! Jeannette xx
