BBC TV has a program on Sunday mornings called Countryfile. It tackles issues rural, all over the UK. This summer, it has been running a photographic competition on the theme of The Weather. A nice and wide remit, and it has elicited an extensive response from all over the country. This morning, the shortlist of 12 pictures was released and those in the UK can now vote for their favourite picture. The winner will get £1,000 worth of photographic equipment. The 12 pictures will be published on the Countryfile website after today.
Yes, I did submit pictures myself, but they did not make it to the shortlist.
