The accident with the Norwegian tugboat in the Atlantic is thought to have claimed 8 lives. Three have been confirmed, another five are missing, presumed dead. The anchor chain, which still attaches the Bourbon Dolphin to the Transocean Rather drilling rig, will be released. After that, the stricken boat will be towed inshore.
