I'm afraid you'll have to explain to me what all that means. Me thinks, that things are stated different in the UK than they are here in the US of A. LOL. All I got out of it was that someone was upset about something. That's why I love to watch the government proceedings on the BBC here.....it cracks me up they way they talk to each other & boo & laugh & ridicule. Perhaps the jargon used is a bit exclusive for those who don't understand or hear it used very often as we do here in Britain? It would need to be translated and then it would loose its bite.
