Call for support

Please call round at Krissy's. Her husband John, who has had a long struggle with myelo-dysplasia (a form of blood cancer) has had to be rushed to hospital with a high fever . I was pleased in recent times that John had been keeping well for such a long time.

    Thanks for the 'heads up' Guido.  I went across to leave a message for Krissy.  What a worry for her!!  Please God he fights this infection off.  I've been there myself with cellulitis during my chemo.  I know how she must be feeling and him too.
    God Bless them both.

    Mind you stay warm today! <smile>  Its not fit out for man nor beast!

    I added an urgent request for prayer on my journal....although now looking at the time of the alert....I'm afraid I was rather late on asking for the prayer requests. Hopefully it will at least reach some of my readers that may not know Krissy and John...every prayer helps....June =(

    I'm just now catching up on the long-weekend entries, so just saw this.  Krissy posted an update today.  He sounds to me as if he's improving, not doing well, but better.  It's got to be hard.
