Rant III

So this is the way our pictures are presented now, eh? Excuse my language, but this is just plain bloody awful.

    I agree totally.  It seems just another way to add more advertising.  When you click on one of the pics, it takes you to a page that shows the picture along with an ad placed next to it.  Viewing pictures this way will take forever to see them all.

    I meant to add the photos were beautiful...sorry, meant to add that earlier.
    Just wish I could have seen them in slideshow format..larger...and at the speed I would like to look at them.

    I AGREE!!!!!
    I'm not a happy camper. :(  And I like my captions & in a paticular order!!! Joe says just click on one & you can see the caption, yeah right...but it takes you to another pg & would take FOREVER to view doing that. No one has that much time. GRRRR

    I agree, I don't like this at all. I like to view a picture being still...and for as long as I like.  So who do we complain to?

    No idea why I like sheep so much.  You watch, I'll acquire all this sheep decor and then one sheep will scare the crap out of me and turn me off of sheep.  LOL

    Still beautiful scenery and pictures hon. I do agree it's awful in the sense that AOL can do this to your images without even consulting you about whether you would prefer to have this done or not. (Hugs) Indigo

    I thought I liked them at first but they are starting to annoy me now. I wouldn`t have minded so much if we`d been given several choices as to how we display our pics...sigh...

    I read Joe's journal and although you put them in the old way, as Donna says; they still get displayed as a rather odd slideshow which never shows you the full pic, it just pans across it at an odd angle! I'm using Photobucket for my slideshows, you can click on a button and stop it then view as normal. Trouble is it takes forever to load them! Jeannette xx

    I know we are complaining but I've been thinking, we did ask for choices last year so I think this is the answer to that...
    I see in the comments we can visit Joe for instructions on the old way, off to see...
