After the tour of the castle, we quickly returned to the ferry pier to board Loch Nevis for the return trip to Mallaig. The weather had cleared up further, and we had an uneventful return journey. Darkness fell shortly after 6pm.

The little village of Mallaig looks interesting. We have those smaller ferries here that travel from island to island. One day, I'll have to take some pictures of our local ferries. Thanks for sharing...Linda in Washington state

Mallaig sounds intriguing... does it have many old buildings there in the village? Commanding looking ships eh/ greetings and hugs

ReplyDeleteThe nighttime pictures are great. My gosh the harbor at Mallaig looks like it is jam packed with vessels. Once again delightful pictures. I enjoy looking at such open beautiful land, thank you for sharing them.

Beautiful......beautiful.......June:)
ReplyDeleteWonderful pictures of your travels Guido. I especially loved the one with the seals swimming. I had the pleasure of watching seals swimming and sunbathing in the seaat Dunvegan. That was so exciting for me to see them in their natural habitat and not in a zoo.
ReplyDeleteLovely
Thanks for sharing
