UP , meaning toward the sky or at the top of the list.
Why do we speak UP and why are the officers UP for election.
We call UP our friends.
People stir UP trouble, line UP for tickets, and think UP excuses.

It's no wonder the people crossing our borders keep their own language. How did we ever learn it? Linda
ReplyDeleteIt is supposedly so hard but it is my first language. I know very little Spanish. Nothing else except conversational Swahili. lol Not very useful in my neck of the woods.
