Sprouts

There was a dearth of these vegetables across the UK this Christmas. I know where they all went. To supermarkets in Stornoway. We were swimming in them, trolley loads of them. They couldn't shift them, sprouts got sold at 25 p per punnet. And I can't stand the sight of them anymore.

  3. I love these with wam melted butter drizzled over them and a little salt and pepper.  But yes, too much of anything ruins it and I can see how you might feel that way.

  7. Guido, I know why there was a dearth of Sprouts. It is because no one like them or eats them, have a great New Year, Bill

  13. I'd eat it wrapped in plenty of bacon.  Bacon makes everything better.  ;-P

You can always come visit me for dinner.  I've got tamales coming out my ears.
