Wild morning with gales and stormforce gusts. And of course I went out to the Coastguard Station to take pictures. It's not cold today, up to 11C. I was surprised to see the ferry go out at 7.30 this morning, about 15 minutes late. Must be a bumpy crossing today.

The video is great, it's good it isn't too cold today or the road beside the wall would be a sheet of ice. I noted a the seagull flying in the video, what tough little birds they are.

I wouldn't want to be on the ferry Guido. I get seasick in a rowing boat on the Lake! Lol!
ReplyDeleteYou might not have felt cold but we have frost here in the Lakes, still, and it's almost noon. Seeing the wind whip the sea up like that made me shivver for you. Brrrrr!

You must be MAD !! standing there with these great big waves about to flood over you and maybe even steal you away from us in the gales !! Great effects though. I do love the sound of the wild waves breaking on the shingle. SYbil xx
