Two hurricanes in focus as we go into the night:
Sepat is due to impact Taiwan as a category 4 typhoon in 24 hours' time.
Dean is on his way to the Lesser Antilles; his future track gives cause for concern. Although the hurricane will pass over (read: devastate) the Yucatan as a category 4 hurricane, it will emerge into the Gulf of Mexico as a category 2 hurricane, which will probably reinvogarate. The meteorological set-up would suggest a trend more northwest than west, so the border area between Mexico and Texas should really be on their guard.
