I don't think we're going to get a 4th anniversary logo from AOL. During last night's chat, Joe said that Donna's rendition meant that this could be taken OFF Jason's to-do-list. Meantime, am pleased that everybody had a great time.
The people in the Caribbean are NOT having a great time. Hurricane Dean is ploughing through the area with winds of 150 mph. Initial reports speak of uprooted trees, roofs blown off houses and a roaring, shrieking wind. At the moment, the storm is passing 120 miles to the south of the Cayman Islands. Belize and southeastern Mexico are next on Dean's hitlist for tonight.
In the Hebrides, where I'm at, it's a cloudy but bright morning, with good visibility. Can see the mountains in Skye, and that's 50 miles away. Local radiostation Isles FM started the week with its usual rogues' gallery of drunken misbehaviour in the town - I was a bit surprised that someone got nabbed for littering, but then the lesson has to be taught that you put litter in bins. The culprit was a teenager.
