Over the weekend, I posted a request for support for Gina, whose brother is suffering with terminal cancer. She has now experienced a death in close family, and I think she could do with a lot of support, as she is only too aware that her brother has not got long to live.

I am going to head over to Gina's journal right nw. I trust she is the one who does the great photos Greg has been so good to give me advice about the photos I have been taking of pictures. I posted one of Doc this morning I took I was quite pleased with. I would like to go to Gina's journal anyway to see what work she has done lately. Greg has flagged her journal before, too. You photographers have a lot in common. I had so many family happenings I have had a time keeping up with journals. I did go to Jim's journal and he felt he had been deserted so long without readers he was quite discouraged. Fred is writing a novel. You just have to do what comes natural to you. Gerry
ReplyDeleteI had to come back and say that I was very moved by this journal. I just think it is testimony of a great heart and capacity to love. I knew a young guy who had a mole where he couldn't see who died of melanoma. I see that this Gina is not the photographer Gina as I went to her blog after, which I had not visited for quite a while. As usual she had some lovely new photos. I am so grateful to you for flagging this journal which is a find in and of its self. Thanks! You must have a great heart yourself to be so in tune with those who need. Gerry
