A child in Canada found itself in a sexually abusive situation, and wanted to contact a child helpline. She entered the phrase "child helpline" into Google, and was presented with an email address. Unfortunately, her message ended up in Australia.
The Australian agency immediately forwarded it to police, who managed to trace the location of the computer and the child in Canada. Canadian law enforcement took immediate action and removed the youngster from the harmful environment.
Seems we're all a global community after all.
