This is tropical cyclone Hondo, which has rapidly developed into a category 2, soon to be category 3 hurricane. It will strengthen even further as it slowly moves east southeast across the Indian Ocean. At present it lies at a position some 1,700 miles east of La Reunion, at 13 degrees South, 81 degrees East. No land threatened - at the moment.

Tropical Cyclone Hondo
This is tropical cyclone Hondo, which has rapidly developed into a category 2, soon to be category 3 hurricane.
