I saw that on the news tonight.  I think two crazy guys from Oregon state started that.  They picked Sept 19th because it was the birthday of one of the guy's ex-wife.  Somehow, the word got out to syndicated columnist Dave barry and he picked it up and ran with it.  They now have a book out.  Here's the link to the story that I saw here tonight; http://www.king5.com/video/eveningmagazine-index.html?nvid=176466&shu=1          Enjoy...Linda in Washington state
